Coca-Cola Refreshments

We Market Happiness!
How can you market happiness? At Coca-Cola North America Group we do it by making sure all of the fine Coca-Cola products people enjoy are available at retailers and food service outlets everywhere.

Coca-Cola North America Group stocks your favorite store making sure it has plenty of Coca-Cola products. From the convenience coolers near the check-out, to the various departments in the store, to special displays set up around holidays or major sporting events, the CCR team makes sure there's happiness in every aisle.

Then there are the many food service locations from cafeterias to restaurants to amusement parks to sports facilities where Coca-Cola products are sold in packages or by individual servings. Coca-Cola North America Group makes sure all of them have enough to make sure their thirsty customers are happy.

Coca-Cola North America Group also helps to introduce new products or concepts, such as the Coca-Cola Freestyle, which uses microdosing technology to dispense more than 100 sparkling and still beverage brands from a single freestanding fountain unit (designed by the same people who design Ferrari luxury sports cars).

Coca-Cola North America Group also has call centers where consumers, retailers, and food service providers may call with questions, to place orders or report problems. The professionals who staff these call centers are literally the voice of Coca-Cola, so working there requires the highest levels of customer service skills, efficiency and product knowledge.
